The Menominee man that was arrested April 26 for allegedly making explosives was in Marquette Federal Court on Thursday.
Thomas Bebo was in court, facing official charges of possession of an unregistered destructive device.
He was originally arrested when neighbors contacted police after Bebo allegedly told them he was making explosives. Officials say that they obtained a search warrant and located five suspected devices when they executed it.
There is no word on when Bebo will be in court next.
