The man charged with breaking into the Huron Mountain Bakery in Ishpeming pled guilty to his crime Friday in Marquette County Circuit Court.
Surveillance footage shows 30-year-old Charles Raymond Elvetici breaking into the bakery on March 7. Based on his guilty plea, the plea agreement states that Elvetici will not face any other charges including the crime he committed with Tricia Lou Savard where a wallet was stolen from the Wild Rover Bar two months ago.
Elvetici admitted his guilt to the judge.
"Tell me what you did," stated Judge Thomas Solka.
"I broke into the Huron Mountain bread company with intent to steal money from them," responded Elvetici.
"Well, with that forthright statement, I find your guilty plea is accurate," Judge Solka added.
Elvetici will be sentenced for his crime on Friday, May 31.
