The Menominee man accused of making explosives in his apartment has entered a guilty plea in federal court on Thursday in Marquette.

Fifty-one-year-old Thomas Bebo pled guilty to possession of an unregistered destructive device. He was arrested April 26 after neighbors say Bebo told them he was making explosives.

Police obtained a search warrant and located five suspected explosive devices. Bebo will be sentenced on October 23. He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.
