The Iron Mountain man accused of stabbing another man in April has been sentenced.
Thirty-two-year-old Erich Lindlbauer has been sentenced to a minimum of one year and three months, to a maximum of 10 years in prison for two separate incidents. He was charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of aggravated assault.
In April, Lindlbauer stabbed a 30-year-old Norway man in the lower back. The victim, Joseph Spade, was treated and released from the Dickinson County Healthcare System.
