A family run maple syrup company is drawing a crowd today. The Olson Brothers Sugar Bush held their sixth annual open house in Bark River.
The sugar bush expects between 400 and 500 people to come and enjoy tractor rides, wagon tours of the facility and a pancake breakfast. The brothers also teach the public how to tap a tree and how maple syrup is made.
"its just to kind of to start getting over some of the winter blues", Co-Owner Jeff Olson said about the open house."I think its an educational experience and I think that often times people don't realize how much we have vested and how much work that we have to put into what we have going on here today."
The open house ran from 9 AM until 3 PM.
