The Marquette Blues Fest ended Sunday on a bright note.
After one day of uncertain weather and another day of unpleasant weather, the sun finally came out to let eventgoers sit down and enjoy the music.
Reflecting on the experience, Blues Fest organizers say the whole thing has gone rather well.
"Things have gone really well. We got a very strong start on Friday, and yesterday although it was pretty ugly and kinda wet, a lot of people showed up. The diehards really came out and the bands appreciated that. So, we've done great and this is a great day to be out here today." said Festival Director Mark Stonerock.
Stonerock said at least 3,000 people attended the event over the three days.
