Beacon House in Marquette hosted its annual rummage sale Saturday.
Beacon House is a hospitality house that provides shelter and other services to families and their loved ones during times of medical crisis.
Saturday's sale was one of a few events the house holds to help cover its seasonal expenses.
"A lot of people know about our golf outing, which covers almost half of our annual expenses, but there's of course that other half of the year that we've got to cover our utility bills and we're gonna have some snowplowing coming up, so this is just a wonderful way to help us offset some of those bills." said house CEO Mary Tavernini Dowling.
Dowling estimated that anywhere from 300 to 400 people participated in the rummage sale.
