      Names released in Marquette police cruiser crash

      More details have been released on the recent accident in Marquette involving a city police car.

      According to the Michigan State Police report, a vehicle driven by 24 year-old Benjamin Simon of Marquette pulled onto Fourth Street. He pulled into the path of Officer Tim Forslund of the Marquette City Police Department. Both men were treated and released from Marquette General Hospital.

      Simon was found at fault in the incident and ticketed for failure to yield.
