Michigan State Police troopers from the Iron Mountain Post responded to a personal injury crash Thursday at 6 p.m. at the intersection of US-2 and US-141 in Breitung Township.
The investigation of the accident has determined that the driver of a northbound vehicle, 25-year-old Justin Blevins, failed to stop at a red light and entered the intersection into the path of an eastbound vehicle driven by 19-year-old Theodore Pineau.
Upon impact both Pineau and Belvins' vehicles rolled over coming to rest in the median.
Pineau and Belvins were transported to and then released from Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Blevins was cited for failure to stop at a red light.
