One teen involved in Gladstone shooting plead guilty

Both teenagers allegedly involved in shooting BB guns and throwing eggs at cars in Gladstone last month have submitted their pleas. Vittorio Distefano pled not guilty, while Michael Porath pled guilty.

Distefano and Porath, both 17, are each facing two misdemeanor charges of throwing objects at cars. Each of these charges holds a maximum sentence of 93 days in jail and a $100 fine.

The incidents occurred on the 1100 block of Delta Avenue. Both boys were residents of that street.

The date for the next appearance has not been set for either teenager.
