A 20-year-old Escanaba man accused of criminal sexual conduct against three teenagers made a plea bargain today at the Delta County Circuit Court.
Sean M. Goodchild was charged with five counts of CSC against three males, 13 to 15 years old.
In exchange for dropping the five 15 year CSC felonies, Goodchild pled guilty to one count of assault with intent to commit sexual conduct, which carries a 10 year maximum sentence. In addition, he pled guilty to two counts of accosting a child for immoral purposes, each carrying a maximum sentence of four years.
Goodchild is scheduled to be sentenced April 16.
