POLL - Bullying Legislation
An estimated 70,000 Michigan students are victims of bullying. Now, government officials in Lansing are working on legislation to prevent it.
Commissioners from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights have been conducting forums around the state to learn more about bullying, including a stop in Marquette on Tuesday.
If the legislation passes, it'll require Michigan school districts to have an action plan to prevent bullying.
