      POLL - Bullying Legislation

      POLL - Bullying Legislation

An estimated 70,000 Michigan students are victims of bullying. Now, government officials in Lansing are working on legislation to prevent it.

Commissioners from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights have been conducting forums around the state to learn more about bullying, including a stop in Marquette on Tuesday.

If the legislation passes, it'll require Michigan school districts to have an action plan to prevent bullying.

Tonight in the Daily Pulse, we're wondering your thoughts: Do we need a law to prevent school bullying? Yes or no?

Vote in the poll below, then be sure to watch your FOX UP News Wednesday night at 10/9c for the final results.
