POLL - Good democracy
Union members and other activists held a rally outside the Michigan State House Tuesday. The group is calling on lawmakers to vote against any bills that would eliminate collective bargaining rights.
The protests come after Governor Rick Snyder introduced his budget proposal for the fiscal year that starts October 1.
The governor says protests are part of democracy, though he said Michigan's concerns are much different than Wisconsin's.
