Getz's Clothiers in Marquette is helping the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum with their annual fundraiser on Thursday.
From 6 to 8:30 p.m. everything in Getz's store is 25 percent off, with five percent of the sales going to the UPCM. The money raised goes into a general fund for the museum to pay for day-to-day operations.
Organizers say this annual event really helps at this time of year.
"It's an absolutely amazing way to start your holiday shopping and help the children's museum, and we'll have refreshments there, and I'll be making my very famous cookies, too, and so it's a really important time of year for most non-profits," said UPCM director, Nheena Weyer Ittner.
The museum has a few more fundraisers in the coming months with the next event being the celebrity art auction on December 5.
