The Michigan State Police arrested a man after a traffic stop in Iron River revealed items reported stolen in the Iron County area.
According to the police, the man was stopped for a seat belt violation, but the trooper noticed some items matching the description of property stolen from the Iron County Cemetery in May. A search of the vehicle resulted in property identified that was allegedly stolen from several break-ins.
The man was arrested and taken to the Iron County Jail, according to the MSP. His name is not being released, pending arraignment.
