      State Police retrieve fugitive

      Michigan State Police troopers from the Wakefield Post traveled to Dayton, Ohio to retrieve a Michigan fugitive.

      Officials say Jeremy Todd Rollins, a 37-year-old White Pine native, was arrested after a lengthy investigation into his manufacturing of Methamphetamine.

      An arrest warrant was issued out of Gogebic County after the troopers' investigation turned up evidence that Rollins has purchased the components to manufacture methamphetamine on several occasions. The report states that Rollins fled to Ohio where he was arrested and held on the Gogebic warrant for operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine.The State Police report that extradition has taken place and the suspect is being held at the Gogebic County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
