Music filled the Gwinn High School cafeteria Sunday as 69 students offered an "Afternoon of Jazz."
The students played a total of 19 jazz songs while their parents and friends listened in the audience. A variety of songs were also sung by the choir.
The students say they have had plenty of practice leading up to the afternoon performance.
"We did a lot of other performances with these songs so it's been mostly just singing and going through it during school. I think (the band) is doing really good; they're pretty amazing," said Cheyanne Njust, Gwinn High School chorale member.
The performers were made up of the middle and high school band along with the choir.
