A three car accident in Marquette Township sends a driver and her daughter to the hospital.
The accident happened around 10 a.m. on US-41 and County Road HQ.
The Marquette County Sheriff's Office said a Mercury, driven by 56-year-old Sandra Borden from Bark River, driving west on US-41, did not stop at the red light and hit a GMC driven by 50-year-old Jeffrey Mauldin from Negaunee.
Mauldin was driving north from Walmart onto County Road HQ.
Borden's car deflected off of the GMC and hit a jeep driven by 52-year-old Michelle Signs from Marquette.
The accident only caused minor injures.
Borden and her daughter were taken to Marquette General Hospital. She was cited for disregarding a stop light.
