Emergency crews responded to a three vehicle crash in Marquette Township on Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened near the entrance of 41 Lumber on US-41. There was moderate to severe damage done to the vehicles.
According to police, an 86-year-old man, identified as Lester Passinault, pulled out of Lowes into the path of 39-year-old Traci Champion travelling on US-41. Champion was taken to Marquette General Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
A third vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Marquette woman, identified as Mary Keough, was also involved in the crash after Passinault's vehicle was forced into her path. They complained of neck and back soreness and sought their own treatment, according to police.
The Marquette County Sheriff's Department cited Passinault for failing to yield the right of way.
