A Hurley, Wisconsin school bus, returning a volleyball team from a match in Wakefield, collided with a pickup truck on Thursday night.
The crash happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of US-2 and Sophie Street in the City of Bessemer.
A 15-year-old student from Montreal, Wisconsin was taken by ambulance to Aspirus Grand View Hospital where she was treated and released. No other injuries were reported.
The Gogebic County Sheriff says the school bus was traveling west on US-2 when a pickup truck, driven by 18-year-old Nicholas Obradovich of Wakefield, attempted to cross the highway in front of the bus.
