Earlier this month, Department of Natural Resources conservation officers arrested two men, one of which allegedly had a stolen gun, the other allegedly had marijuana.
Both men appeared in Iron County trial court on Monday afternoon to enter pleas.
Thirty-year-old Brandon Meacham, formerly of Iron River, is facing one count of receiving and concealing a firearm, one count possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count carrying a concealed weapon. He waived his preliminary examination and entered not guilty pleas to all counts.
He has a pretrial conference scheduled for October 15.
The other man arrested was 34-year-old Clint Benson. He is being charged with possession of marijuana. Benson pled not guilty to possessing marijuana. His pretrial conference is scheduled for October 21.
