Two men were arrested on cocaine charges after a three month long Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team investigation. Their names have just been released.
Sixty-two year old Thomas Avery from Kent County was arrested in Rapid River. He is charged with a 20 year felony: possession of 50 to 449 grams of cocaine.
Sixty year old Michael Inman from Rapid River is facing two counts of delivery or manufacture of cocaine. Each of these felonious charges carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Inmanâ??s preliminary trial is set for June 24.
