Two of the three men arrested in a breaking and entering in Iron Mountain plead guilty Monday.
Matthew Lanthier and Tyler McClean both plead guilty to charges stemming from a breaking and entering that occurred in the early morning hours July 30. The third suspect, Joshua Williams, plead not guilty. The three were each initially charged with one felony count of breaking and entering a building with intent and one misdemeanor count of malicious destruction of a building between $200 and $1,000.
The three were arrested when Iron Mountain Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering in progress around 2:30 a.m. on July 30. Three male suspects were reported to be taking items from a detached garage of a residence on West D Street. Police arrived and arrested the trio.
