      Upper Michigan woman faces charges in 34-year-old murder case

      Jacquelyn Greco of Crystal Falls remains in the Cook County, Illinois jail for charges involving the death of her husband which happened back in 1979.

      On June 18 she pled not guilty in the death of her husband, commodities broker Carl Gaimari.

      According to published reports, at the time of the murder, Greco was having an affair and she had told a witness that her husband would be killed in a home invasion.

      In 1979, on April 30, two men entered the family home, tied up Greco, Gaimari and three of their children. Gaimari was later shot and killed.

      Greco's arraignment in Cook County court was put on continuation, and is scheduled to proceed on July 11.
