Setup is underway for the annual Outback Art Fair this Saturday and Sunday.
The fair brings in more than 100 vendors selling their hand-crafted works of art. The artists' works include pottery, jewelry, paintings and wood carvings among other items. It's a way to get artists together promoting and supporting each other as well as sharing their work with the community.
"There's more and more talent out there all the time, it's always fun to see what the next, new thing is, what somebody comes up with or what they design," says organizer Cindy Engle. "You really need to come down to this beautiful park and spend some time strolling through the art and enjoying seeing what's happening, what's up and what's new."
The Outback Art Fair has been going strong for more than 20 years now.
The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
