If you thought records were dying, think again.
Tens of thousands of records, ranging from 50 cents to over $300, were up for grabs Saturday afternoon.
The vinyl record sale, held at Northern Michigan University, attracted hundreds in search of both classic oldies and modern artists. And the crowd was just as spread out from older adults all the way down to teenagers."I've always just thought that records were cooler than CDs," admitted Hunter Trisk, a 17-year-old Negaunee resident. "I like the sound better." If you missed Saturday??s show, you can catch the next one coming in the spring.
