The cast of the Marquette based play Waiting For Orson is taking their show on the road. They will be heading to New York City and Chicago for three weeks for the New York International and Chicago Fringe Festivals. The play about a man waiting for an alien got good reviews when the crew was in Washington D.C last year.
"It's really great to realize that other people in other cities think this script is good, the cast is good the concepts are good," Director Becky Heldt said. "It has been a very incredible experience for all of us that have been there."
Waiting For Orson will be performed at the Peter White Public Library before the cast goes to New York. The performance will be this Saturday at 2PM in the community room. Admission is $15 per person.
