The Wells resident involved in the delivery of Ritalin and suboxone strips was sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Thirty-five-year-old Jeffrey Koos received two-to-seven years in prison with credit for the 106 days already served. In April, he pled no contest to three charges of delivery of a controlled substance.
Officials say he entered the bargain because he was high at the time of the incidents and did not have a clear memory of the events.
Dani Beauchamp, who was arrested with Koos, is scheduled to be sentenced May 27.
