Students at Hancock High School participated in a Passion Week talent show Thursday afternoon to showcase their passions.
All this week at the high school, speakers and activities were planned for students to better figure out what their passions are. The talent show wrapped up the week of passion events.
Students made video presentations and live performances of their talents as well. Tenth grader Kailee Bastian says her passion is singing and that she has been performing for many years.
"Singing is my passion," said Bastian. "I've been in the talent show since sixth grade. I've been singing for a while. My mom and dad sing, so I kind of just went along with it."
Also throughout the week, guest speakers gave presentations on what their passions are and how they followed their dreams.
