      Woman arraigned in construction zone hit and run

      The woman who allegedly hit a construction worker while intoxicated Thursday has been arraigned.

      34-year-old Andrea Drawski of Quinnesec, MI was arraigned Friday morning on two charges after Michigan State Police witnessed her hit a construction worker on US-2. She was arraigned on the charges of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and failure to stop and identify at the scene of a personal injury crash. Her preliminary exam is schedule for July 25 at 10:00 a.m.

      The victim, 54-year-old Kenneth Thompson of Saginaw, has been released from Dickinson County Memorial Hospital following treatment of his injuries.
