      Woman gets prison time for meth operation

      A woman arrested during a meth lab bust in Ironwood well be spending six to 20 years in prison.

      Forty-year-old Wendy Hemmings of Ironwood was ordered to serve six to 20 years in prison for operating and maintaining a meth lab during her sentencing. She was also sentenced as a habitual offender.

      Hemmings was arrested in March after police raided a home at 525 Florence Street in Ironwood and found a meth lab operation.
