A Houghton woman accused of writing thousands of dollars worth of bad checks pled guilty Thursday.
Jennifer Lee Nettell, 28, admitted to stealing a check and using it to buy goods and receive cash back at a Houghton store last fall.
In return for her plea to uttering and publishing, the prosecutor dismissed all of the remaining felonies in several cases filed against Nettell.
Conditions of the plea deal include restitution for all charges and incarceration in the Houghton County Jail.
Sentencing will be held sometime in the next four weeks.
