An Ontonagon woman appeared in Ontonagon County Circuit Court on Monday morning for her pre-trial on embezzlement charges.
Forty-three-year-old Anne Pollard is accused with attempted embezzlement of over $1,000, but less than $20,000 from Copper Country Mental Health Services.
Pollard pled no contest, which the judge accepted. Her sentencing is scheduled for June and she's free on bond. Pollard was also accused with embezzlement against the Ontonagon Hockey Association last October.
She pled no contest and was required to pay $15,500 in restitution.
