The Gwinn woman who crashed her car into a moving train while intoxicated has pled guilty.
Samantha Jo French, 24, appeared in Marquette County Circuit Court Friday morning. She pled guilty to one count of operating under the influence causing serious injury.
According to officials, French was driving on M-35 when she hit a train that was passing through a crossing. Inside the vehicle were French's two children, ages five and six.
In exchange for her guilty plea, other charges were dropped including possesion of marijuana.
Her bond remains at $305,000. Her sentencing date has been set for June 21.
