General Motors is continuing to recall vehicles over faulty parts and systems.
The recalls started with cars that had faulty ignition switches, but eventually branched out to include other problems as well. GM dealers say the drivers' process for dealing with recalls is going to be consistent nearly everywhere.
"More than likely they're going to get a letter from General Motors if the chain of title has been kept intact. And with that letter...the letter'll say, 'Find your nearest General Motors dealership and go and see them with the car" said Frei Chevrolet owner Jim Grundstrom.
Grundstrom says inspection of all vehicles involved in the recall is mandatory for dealers.
