A NASCAR driver from the truck series will be visiting the Norway Speedway this Friday night. Johnny Sauter of Thor Sport Racing is a native of Necedah, Wisconsin.
Sauter currently stands in fourth place in the truck series. He's picked up two wins this year. The first was in the Nextera Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway in February, and in April, he took the checkered flag at the Kroger 250 in Martinsville, Virginia.
The 35-year-old Sauter has been racing for ten years. He lives in Mooresville, North Carolina.
The grandstand at Norway Speedway will be open at 5 p.m. central time Friday with qualifying at 5:45 p.m. and racing will begin at 7 p.m. central time.
Tickets for adults are $10, students 11-17 years old are $5, children 10 and under are free, and active military with an ID are free as well.
